Hello Heidi I have had this happen from time to time. Sometimes pressing escape to close the message and opening it again puts the focus into the body. it appears what causes this is when I open a message and press some key combinations, like down arrow to begin reading, before everything, including WE, is ready to go. When I open an outlook message to read, sometimes the WE curser jumps to the to field of the message telling me who sent it. So, in order to read the message, I have to tab or shift tab to get to the body. I don't believe this is a windows 7 or 64 bit problem as it is happening on my 32 bit xp machine running outlook 07 as well. Any help would be great appreciated.
