I fly allegiant now and then, but prefer southwest. Last I talked to
them, there is a $15 convenience fee and I asked about that as I had
booked on line, only time you're not charged this fee if if you buy the
ticket at the air port. This doesn't solve the access problem, but I
think you can book on the phone without no extra charge.
