stopping only stops it until you reload w e. use disable instead. unload
will uninstall it.
your message may be a message from your antivirus dat file updater. or
maybe
it is one of your script files like w e updater. this program checks for
wineyes updates. try disableing that one.

Short of removing the script or stopping the script, is there any way
to make this message not come up?
I am going to check my laptop as well to see if the same message comes
up.

P.S. Actually I tried stopping the script from within the script
manager, but after I exited Window-eyes 7.2 and restarted it, the
message came up again and the script was running, hmmm. .
