Hi all,
I'm trying to send some money to a person using the personal link on
the PayPal page. First of all, and maybe this is a silly question,
but do I need to be logged in in order to send money? I don't use
PayPal very often and I'm not correctly remembering my password, and
I'm having a heck of a time with the captcha thinggy. Secondly, can
someone please walk me through the "Send Money" steps? It looks like
I am filling out the information correctly, but I keep getting a
message that something is wrong in this section. Please help!
