Heidi,

The only way around this is to do alt h, x, v from within the message. This
will open the message up in your browser. Outlook 2007 uses Word for
viewing and creating messages so basically you are seeing all of the tables
and other stuff in the message from within Word. When you open it up in
your browser, everything is rendered in a way you can read it like a web
page.

HTH,

Rick

Subject: question about outlook 07, we 7.2 and reading e-mail

ON some e-mails, particularly those with adds in it, but sometimes e-mails
that my friends send me, I keep hearing a ding sound, and the reading keeps
reverting back to the top of the message. Does anyone have a suggestion for
dealing with this?
