Andy,

This is because the HTML of the email has language and dialect tags. If the language or dialect matches one of the Eloquence languages Window-Eyes includes it automatically switches to it. This is a verbosity option which can be disabled. Go to the verbosity dialog and select Browse mode and then Languages then uncheck the Switch synthesizer Languages Automatically checkbox.

I have WE V7.2 installed on a Dell laptop. running Windows XP Media Center Edition. I am using the Eloquence syn. Sometimes when reading mail using Outlook 2003, in certain messages WE will read with a British accent, and one time it seemed to read in a different language entirely. What is causing this, and how can I stop it.
