If you mean setting a user window in a set file,

Insert f5 sets the top left corner,

Insert  f6 sets the bottom right corner.

Be sure to place your cursor in the right position before using these
keys.

Also, insert f3 should be used first to select the user window that you
want.

Could anyone please tell me the command to set a virtual window so that
WE would read from the top of the screen to the bottom?

 

I thought it was insert f4 for the top, and insert f5 for the bottom,
but that doesn't seem to work.
