My angel(a friend) told you need to press the print screen key, press control + v to paste it into paint. First you need to have the active window open, press print screen, open paint(start-accessories-paint), when paint is the active window(use alt - tab to switch between programs) press control + v and the picture is in paint.
If you only want to take a print screen of the active window, use alt + tab to swith to what you want a print screen of, press alt + print screen, use alt + tab again to switch to paint, then control + v and you have your picture in paint and can save it or send it.
