There is a way to make them work with Window-Eyes. Press control backslash
to enter the Window-Eyes control panel, and press alt f for file. Then press
y for select synthesizer,a nd then rpess the s key till you hear sapi. they
press the tab key, and you'll have a list of SAPI speech engines to choose
from. select the one you want, and press enter

Hey Pastor and all. I do have one of the Neospeech voices, Julie. She
sounds
much better than Kate and Paul. And now Neospeech has apparently released
a
British voice called Bridget and I want her! Wish I could find a way to
download it. But anyway, I like to try other TTS voices. Like in SA, they
have a better version of Tom from Realspeak, voices from a company called
Ivona, and yes, the Neospeech voices. Sometimes I get tired of hearing
the
same voice everyday so I like to use other voices. Because even I find
Neospeech to robotic at times, haven't heard too much of Bridget except
for
a small sample so I can't really judge, but from the little sample I
heard
she sounds pretty good. Maybe more better than Julie.
