Yes, it is called FreeYouTubeToMp3Converter.exe and it should be here.

It doesn't put a shortcut anywhere as I recall, look under start,
programs, dvd soft. Also, by default it checks other stuff to install,
so be careful. It is simple, and free and works well with speech.
