Can anyone point me to a Window Eyes accessible program that can reformat a MP3
file to a higher level of MP3 compression?

I have a series of MP3 files made from audio cassettes of talking material.
These are massively huge MP3 files due to the very limited compression used
when they were created. I would like to shrink the file sizes by using a higher
level of compression on this speech-only material. Any tips are appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
