My error. I notice now that you have office and not outlook express or windows
live mail. The instructions are generally right but the extensions of the
files may be different.

Go to options advanced, maintainance and find where your mail is stored.
Then with live maiol closed delete the sentmail.dbx and deleted.dbx.
very important do not delete your inbox.dbx fie or you will lose your
incoming email. That also holds fo rany folders you have set up. so double
check what you are deleting. In fact to be on the safe side send these to
recycled bin and delete them from there so you get another chance to restore
them if you delete the wrong thing. Because when they are gone they are gone.
YOu cannot count on restoration or recuva to bring them back. Let us know if
this helps.
