Greetings to the list.
Recently, one of my computers, a Windows XP Home machine running SP3
with all of the updates, started acting strangely when I used Internet
Explorer 8. Whenever I turned Browse Mode off and typed text into an
edit box, Window-Eyes 7.2 would ding every time I moved the arrow keys
to check my typing. No text would be voiced. If I turned Browse Mode
on, the text could be properly read. I fixed the problem by doing a
system restore to the previous day, but I'm wondering if others have
experienced this problem and if a less radical solution to it has been
discovered.
