Did you try pressing control-shift-r twice?
Sometimes I find this to be necessary ever since Window-Eyes started
voicing the key when key combinations are pressed.
For example with control-shift-r, we now hear "r" which we didn't used
to hear.

Subject: my read to end keys are not working

Hi I am running window eyes 7.2 on a windows XP machine and just this
morning I hit control shift and R and it doesn't read to end or at least

read the a-mail or due document or whatever it is reading anymore.
How did this happen and how can this be corrected/
I haven't changed anything this just stopped working just this morning
so
all assistance is welcome and thank you all ahead of time for any help
that
I might get on this.
