Try looking under the file tab off the main ribbon. I agree that it does take some getting used to, as it adjusts depending upon which component you are working in.
I also believe that some tweaking needs to happen within window-eyes, as although there are genuine Office 2010 set files and new scripts coming out courtesy of chip Orange and others, navigation within Outlook is not straightforward.
