Hi
Using WE 7.2 and on a Windows XP SP3 machine with Office '03 Professional... Is there a defined procedure for accurately selecting for backup all of the Outlook data files in order to perform a complete restore of Outlook in the unforeseen future or to a different machine? I have Outlook installed and running well with all of my contact data up to date. I have installed Outlook '03 on the newly recovered computer but can not remember, or find my notes on, synching the two installations of Outlook, both on the home network, with the W7 box being able to fully access the xp box. Not such good luck going the other way, but right now this is perfect as the XP machine contains the files the W7 machine needs to get. Thanks for the thoughts and please, remember, if the replies really would benefit the rest of the list then keep it in the loop, else feel free to reply off list. Sincerely, Donald E.
