Yes, it does sound like you need to label a graphic. I think there's an article in the support knowledgebase on doing this particularly in outlook. You can send yourself an email with an attachment so you'll have something to work with, and make sure you have it highlighted when you do the labeling, since that is when you want it recognized and spoken to you. WE does this differently with outlook 2010 if you ever get a chance for a cheap upgrade of office; it doesn't use the graphics labeling method. hth, Chip

Than hit the context menu key. Arrow down until you hear something about attachments. I think you can hit the h key for this. Hit the right arrow key to open the drop down list.
