I think I've said this before, but I'll reiterate: we will continue to
provide limited support for the products that we sell directly. We're
not out to screw over our customers. There will come a time, however,
when our support department is no longer familiar with the latest that
HIMS is offering, and we will then refer support questions to HIMS.
While we are confident in our own support facilities and capabilities,
we don't have any comments about how well HIMS will support their
products. That's really up to them.
