Windows 7 and Windows Phone 7 have almost nothing in common. WP7's
design prohibits the possibility of screen reader access. If you want an
accessible cell phone, my personal recommendation is to look at an
Android-powered device or the iPhone if your carrier supports it.

Hi I am not sure if this question has been asked before but will
window-eyes work on a window 7 phone? I do not know how you put programs
on to windows 7 phone but if it is anything like putting it on a
computer. I do not see why it would not work. I know they just came out
but does anybody know the answer to this question?
