I have been using Ameritrade/TD-Ameritrade for over ten years. There have
been times when I encountered minor problems with accessibility but for the
most part the site is quite accessible provided you are comfortable using
the Mouse. I have also found their phone support to be good though I don't
require much phone support.

Caviat: I use TD-Ameritrade simply to buy and sell stocks, nothing else.

Subject: Stock Brokers Accessibility

Hi: I have used e-trade for several years now. Little by little it has
become more and more inaccessible. Recently they changed a DropDown Box into
what reads as a nested list. They say to mouse click on a choice and it
changes color. The mouse keys can not read the selections, clicking enter
does nothing and I think it is all CSS and JavaScript driven. Anyway, first,
does anyone use a good discount broker whose site is very easy and
accessible? Second, if this is the result of the new w3c accessibility
standards when will Windoweyes be more compliant if not already there?

Well, let me know if you have a online, accessible stock broker so I can
check it out. I also need phone help for things from time to time so good
phone support is also a big plus in addition to working well with Windoweyes
for trading and funds transfer to external banks.
