I believe it is caused due to the way in which Outlook 2007 now uses a version of Word to view e-mails which does not render such formats correctly for us. Regards, John. In my Outlook configuration at least, i have to use the ctr-shift to come to the sent:, subject: field, then use the WE mouse simulation, press 8(up until you hear: "this message is converted to plain text", still i WE simulation mode - press / i.e. left mouse click, use the normal keyboards arrow down, converter to html. Then you use the WE mouse simulation mode to read the e-mail. Maybe you just can do this at once. Sometimes the plain text is okay. Maybe i should disable links.
