Hi, I had to reinstall Windows xp home edition on my system because the
registry was all messed up. I got windows reinstalled, installed WE 7.0, and
then the WE 7.2 upgrade I had stored on another drive. I have gone to the BARD
site to download books, and when I click on a download link, there is a long
pause, and then the dialog box appears, where I am given the option to open,
save, or cancel the download. I used to be able to tab or arrow through the
options, but nothing happens now. I have to use the mouse pointer to go up to
the save button and then hit the appropriate key for a left click.

Anyone have a suggestion on why the dialog box is doing this? Also, I used to
be able to download up to 3 books from the BARD site simultaneously, but I
cannot do this anymore, since I reinstalled windows.

Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Keith
