Check out the Firefox add-ons. Under tools. Some of the good ones are adblock, 
colorful tabs, no squint, and reader. Reader creates a button in your taskbar 
that extracts the main article and reformats it with larger text, margins, and 
line spacing. You can also change the colors.

    Anyone who is familiar with setting up Firefox for low vision users?
This is using the latest Firefox on an XP machine tha tis set up for high
contrast white on black.  For the most part it works but there are some
issues.  For example, some buttons on web pages are not visible and you
would only know when mousing over them that they are present.  This started
a few builds ago in Firefox.  Used to be so simple when it came to setting
up accessibility options.
