Have had same experience. Actually, it warned me of - I do hold it was three - 
different things, in the WE4java package. I thought, it was some kind of stuff 
on my PC. Yet, now you prove me wrong on that one. Smile! Not sure why it warns 
on the file, since I haven't heard of others reporting it being a trouble. Yet, 
I let Avast delete the 'virus', and have seen no problem in using the script. 

All users of We4Java might want to keep an eye on the script. Not saying this 
is an actual malware - as it might be a false positive with Avast. And, not 
saying it will cause any problem. Just encouraging people to look out a bit, 
since we are experiencing this stuff.

It all leads me to one question:
When scripts are uploaded to the Script Central of GW's website, does GW do any 
kind of scanning of the material for viruses and malware? If not, could such 
scanning be implemented in the process? Would have been nice to have the 
feeling of safety, that the stuff we are downloaded, has been checked - to the 
best of GW's ability.
