I tried using this program to convert an empty PDF document to word. The conversion completed, but only displays a shape and no text. It says I have an in-line object 10.9 inches by 14.1 inches. Do I need to get a different program to do this or will only a scanner work? I am using Window-Eyes 7.2 with Windows XP Service Pack 3.
