I already have this plug in, got it from Steve's tutorial, thanks anyways, but I might still replace the one I got in there to see if anything happens

here is a pluggin that will allow you to read the contact list correctly
place this in your miranda pluggins folder and then exit and restart miranda
it should become the default contact list pluggin.
if it does not do inserts and enter on the miranda icon.
then press m and then o
press the letter p until you hear pluggins. and then tab to the list of
pluggins down arrow to you hear clist blind and if it is not checked check
mark it and then shift tab back to aply and then ok. exit miranda and
restart it it will then give you the accessible contact list.

sorry I forgot to mention that I am focused on the Miranda window. I press
alt control A and this is were I have the problem. I know that the window is
focused is that window-eyes does read some contacts but not all, it like
skips around. I can arrow down and window-eyes will not say anything and
then out of nowhere it says a random name.

Juan,

Be sure you press the Miranda show/hide hotkey which is Control-Shift-A by default. Pressing Control-Shift-I will bring focus to Miranda if there are no new incoming messages, but you won't see any contacts unless the window
itself is showing.

Regards,
Steve

hi, I have been having problems with Miranda and window-eyes not reading
the contact list properly. Has anybody else experienced this particular
problem where when I go and arrow down and up window-eyes does not say
what contact it is on. I have to open the chat window to find out what
contact I am on. There are those times that window-eyes reads them
correctly but if I keep on going up and down it will stop reading them
correctly and go back to not reading them at all. hopefully somebody can
help. thanks
