Keith, Jim Grimsby has told me that he defines voice commands in Dragon, where he tells Dragon the key sequences needed to control window eyes (say to cause it to read the current window). I don't know if it will read things like the correction dialog, and other special dialogs Dragon may put up, but this idea does mean you could probably do a lot with Dragon and window eyes. If you are not mobility impaired, anything you can't do, then you can just grab the keyboard and deal with it manually. You should find messages from Jim here on this list, and just write to him directly, if you need further information. hth, Chip

However, windows vista and windows 7 both come with a free alternative called windows speech recognition, and I have written a script named WSR which makes this accessible to WE. Most people think this is as good as Dragon, although it's not a possibility under xp. I haven't done much with the script, and it could use further work I know, because no one has expressed any interest. hth, Chip _____ From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Monday, December 20, 2010 11:07 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Dragon Naturally Speaking Does anyone use Dragon Naturally Speaking and if so do you have set files?
