Hello Chip, when I upgraded to Windows 7, GW Micro was kind enough to give me my windows 7.2 upgrade as a download in a .zip file. After I installed Window-Eyes 7.2 I installed jaws and it did not require reacitivation that was because it was a upgrade from windows vista, not a full instalation

I just did the same thing myself (paid the $20 to get a CD which I could then use to install on to the win7 64 bit pc). It does seem a little awkward and unnecessary at first, until you compare it to the system the competition uses. You don't know frustration until you've had a problem with their copy protection scheme!
