This may or may not be useful, but, I thought I'd throw it out there.
Don't know about that program, but, there is one program that seems to work
quite well with Window-eyes.
It's called Easy Outlook Express Backup.
It's free for the first 30 days and it's fully functional.

The only problem I've ever had with it is that when I'm have more than one
backup saved, it doesn't let me select the right one. That's a minor issue,
though, since I just use the most recent backup file and don't let it see
the earlier ones.
Also, if you restore from a backup, it's best to run outlook express for the
first time and cancel out of the part where it wants you to enter your Email
address. Once the program has been run, you can then restore. It does not
save the passwords, so your friend would need to know his/her passwords.
This program has saved my Email from a number of restores.
