Hi Darren,
The link below is old stuff, but I believe the principle is still valid. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/making-sense-of-html-messages -in-outlook-2007-HA010254880.aspx Cheers. Hi Darren, This behaviour also exists in Outlook 2007, although not in earlier versions of Outlook. It is caused due to the cut down version of Word that MS now use in Outlook to edit e-mails with. It is a known issue for both MS and GW. You will probably be able to find a knowledge item on it from the net if you Google for it. I have, in the past found a good article which I posted to this list. You might also want to look on the list archive for that. Cheers. Thanks for that john. It's funny because in previous versions of outlook I don't have this problem. So is this more a window eyes issue? Hello Darren, I think that this may be a case where you need to view the mail in your browser. To do this, with keystrokes, <alt>h a, then arrow down to "view in browser". If that does not do the trick for you then some more detail may be required. Cheers. Regards, John. Hi all, Am having a little bit of trouble reading emails in outlook 2010. Sometimes window eyes doesn't seem to read the emails properly. Especially when there are hyperlinks and tables. Some bits of the email seems like they have been cut off for some reason. Is this an outlook or window eyes setting I need to change and if so where can I go please? Am totally new to the programme as in outlook 2010 so am still learning my way round it. If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
