Mike,
 
downloading a script is like downloading any other file; it's in the
directory which you have setup for receiving your downloaded files.  you'll
need to go there and press enter on the .wepm file, or add the .wepm package
from the WE control panel, in it's scripts menu.
 
maybe the easiest way to install a script is not to download the file from
script central, but to "open" it instead.  this will save you all of the
steps I just outlined, and automatically start the installation procedure
for the script.  the only downside to doing it this other way is that you
won't have a copy of the .wepm file on your computer, if you needed to
reinstall it.

Why is it?  I down load a script, then can't find it in the script manager.
Tried downloading the "Hello" script twice..  Then couldn't find it
anywhere.
