ONE OPTION IS TO SAVE THE CONFERENCE AS A CONTACT IN CONTACT LIST, THEN YOU CALL ALL THE PEOPLE AT ONCE. If you need to remove only one person, you hang up on all. Open the conference contact, remove the person, call everybody with one click on call again. It is to prefer making a conference as a contact and then calling all at once with one click

I know this isn't going to help much, but I've used skype v4.2 in the past, and it is possible with the scripts to remove specific calls. But it is so convoluted that I really can't recall how I did it. Those scripts are okay but sometimes they seem to need endless tabbing and steps to get some things done. If I get skype working again and need to remove individuals from conference calls again, I'll post the procedure. I've done it in the past, a few times, but not enough to make it an automatic finger motor to brain action.
