hi,
to do this do the following.
1. open the window-eyes control panel. the default key to do this is
control backslash.
2. press alt+f to open the file menu.
3. press m to open the manage sets and scripts menu.
4. press the letter a to open the add remove packages dialog.
5. press alt+u to open the check for updates dialog.
