I just use the Tab key to move between the custom controls, each is a slider and if you turn "Say All" on you'll be able to adjust each when you tab to it with the up and down arrow keys, you'll have to do a little exploration with the mouse pointer to work out which part of the spectrum the slider you're on is adjusting.
