Because we can't wait for all the languages that Window-Eyes supports to
be localized before shipping a public beta we have to get out just the
English version. So if you are using a non-English version you will not
be able to install the public beta.
It is our goal to have the localized languages done as quickly as
possible but some localizers work faster then others so again they will
not all be released at the same time. Even companies with huge
resources as Microsoft release different languages at different times.
