I'm also experiencing sluggishness with lists, plus, I haven't noticed any bit of speed increase with reading email in outlook 2007. Using Vista business 32 bit edition.
I definitely hope this can be resolved. One big positive though. I really really like the new interface a whole lot! I am using WinXP standard on one machine and pro on the other. I especially notice this with SPL Studio and Outlook Express. It's not bad, but it definitely is not as responsive as past versions.
