yes the files have focus. when I press either the alt or application key to get 
into the menu nothing speaks in the menu. this started after I update the 
windows explorer set file.

Are you sure the list of files is the focused control?  In windows 7 and vista, 
it's a known bug that often, when you activate a windows explorer window, you 
will not be on the list of files, and you must tab to the list.

at one time I had a script to work around this, but I withdrew it by mistake.

Hi, I update the sets for all the programs and now in windows edxplorer it will 
not read the file or context menu when I try to arrow through them. this is 
with version 1.75 of the set.
