This also happens to me. It is always an issue if WE crashes and often
when WE is closed and reopened.
My system is a Dell desktop running Win7 Home Premium, 64-bit. The
problem has occurred since my starting to use Win7, in January 2010. I
started with WE7.11 and moved to the 7.2 with no change. This is still
happening with the beta.
A much less frequent occurance happens in Windows Explorer, probably 30%
of the time. It always requires a WE restart.
