um no,
what will happen is when ie9 comes out it will use html five as it stands
now. from time to time browsers will update the implementation already
being used and cloud apps will be created form said implementation. so it is
internet explorer and Firefox that need to be a not moving target meaning
there implementation will have to be firmly set and then brows mode can be
finished based on this. so no it is not going to be 2014 before you see a
new brows mode.
