You are so right!
 
I too had the same experience a couple of years ago with Dan: I called about
buying a GW product, and described how I wanted to use it (planned to use
it), and just had a question (I think about optional components).  Well, Dan
took the time to explain to me why the product would not likely make me
happy, and I ended up not spending several thousands of dollars.
 
I'm very grateful, and respectful of such a salesman!

Good morning list.
 
I just thought I would take a second to say Thank You So Very much to Dan at
Gw and tell you all what a great guy/company  he/they is/are!
 
 
I called yesterday to discuss another GW product. I was considering buying a
new CCTV. I thought of company loyalty and went to their sight to evaluate
their low vision solutions.
 
Unfortunately they just don't carry the product I was looking for.
Dan was kind enough to recommend that I call another person who might be
able to help me.
 
This was the most Fortuitous phone call I had ever made, or the most
coincidental shrug.
 
When I called the suggested person, he was very helpful and happened to be
in my city at the time of the call. He travels four states and the odds that
he was in my city was just plane funny. After talking to him and going over
all the different options we discussed that he would be happy to show me the
products I was interested in. It happened that  not only was he in my city,
he was only 2 miles away from me!!
 
 
Knowledgeable patient and generous with Q A  he was a perfect person to have
contacted.
 
Not only was he all of those things but he was able to deliver to me the
unit this morning. I now have my new CCTV !!
 
 
Thanks to Dan because I had never heard of his company and I would still be
looking had I not tried his suggestion.
 
 
 
I just wanted to tell the list what a great person Dan  was to listen and
help when he could not exactly provide me with the solution I was searching
for.
 
Great people and great company!!!
