Hi if I would like to use the dectalk access 32 speech that comes
with window eyes.
And I only have one sound card in my computer.
How do I keep the dectalk access from adjusting my wave out put
volume on my master volume control for my computer and so that I can
just adjust the dectalk access 32 levels and not the rest of the
sounds on my computer along with it?
