The iPhone carries a hefty price such as $40 more a month. One month of
that will pay for the Haven. So all those wonderful apps come with a price,
which adds up to about $500 a year times 2 since a 2 year contract is
required.
I have the Convoy, which speaks the menus and text messages.

I hear great things about the samsung haven.
I also reccomend the i-phone. It uses a built in speech pack called voice
over.
It is all touch screen, but if your in the mood for a bit of a change, its
still pretty good.
Besides, there's a lot of apps that beenifit the blind.
