Peggy,
In Window-Eyes 7.5, do the following:
1. Press Control-Backslash to open the WE control panel.
2. Press Alt-H to open the Help menu.
3. Press V to toggle the "show advanced options" setting.
This setting not only controls the amount of options you can adjust in
the main user interface, but it also sets the version of the manual that
is opened from the Documentation pulldown.
