Hi Steve

I installed the QT_Support app, then ran PCSuite, selected Backup, but when the Content Copier came up, nothing talked, exactly the same as before installing the app. I had a look, the .dll file was in the accessible folder in the folder where PCSuite lives; the app must have installed it there, but unfortunately it does not yet make it talk. Don't know if there is more I should try to do.

Kind regards

Christo

Christo,

Try the QT Support app from http://www.gwmicro.com/apps/QT_Support/. I'm told that it makes Nokia PC Suite usable.

Steve

Hello GW Micro

Nokia PCSuite isn't the most speech friendly program around, but I have
been using it successfully to make backups of my cellphone's memory.
However, since installing Window-Eyes 7.5 beta 1, the Content Copier
portion of PCSuite no longer speaks and that is precisely the part that
handles making backups. The bottom line is that since 7.5 I can no
longer backup my cellphone to my PC. Is this something you could look at
please? Alternatively, could you suggest some other program I can use
that creates and restores from the same type of backup files created by
PCSuite?

I really hope you can help.

Kind regards

Christo
