After I closed that dialog box and closed the help for the day
dialog, I wanted to try it again, to test. So I shut down
window-eyes from the control panel, using alt-f4 from there, and
restarted with the ctrl-alt-w hotkey.
The help topic for the day came up, but this time the "view help
topic" button was disabled.
So I shut that down, and totally rebooted the computer. When the
tip for the day came up, again, the "view help topic" button was disabled.
So we have a button that seems to be disabled most of the time, and
when it does work, the area in the manual wouldn't load.
