No guys, it's not 29 meg.
It's 42 meg and if you have any file smaller you have a problem.
Even if it installs correctly you have a problem if it's not 42 meg.

It is about 29,120KB. This can occur when a site is busy. This occurred
when I was trying to update the Booksense. I just tried again later, and
it worked. Actually, I believe it happened when I first tried to download
the Window-Eyes upgrade this time because the download finished too
quickly. I didn't check the file, but I'm sure it was not complete, so I
tried again a while later, and it worked.
