We can set the output device for DECTalk and Eloquence because we have direct control over them. SAPI is a different matter. While we can activate a selected engine, Windows doesn't allow us to direct SAPI output to a specific sound card. Instead, you must do this in the Speech area of the Windows control panel itself.
