You didn't indicate what generated the first crash. But the second
problem was indeed researched and determined to be a Windows 7 bug which
we have reported to Microsoft. I agree this is a serious bug but the
simple work around is don't review the text with the mouse. Since the
text speaks under the cursor I don't see a reason the mouse pointer has
to be used...unless you want to crash Windows Explorer.
