Hi, when you got the upgrade, did you do it from the help/check for updates menu of Window-Eyes, or did you go to the upgrade page and manually type in your serial number?

Hello All, I'm running WE 7.5 beta on my Vista desktop, asus windows7
starter netbook, and my XP laptop.
I was finally able to download the 7.5 upgrade at 3am this morning. The
file size on my Vista desktop is 42mb.
When I start the upgrade process, everything seems normal.
When I get to the screen asking me about new or updated braille
settings, the default is yes. I hit my space bar on the yes button, and
a minute or two later, I get an error message saying "Window Eyes can
not install over the current installation" or something like that.
I went back and downloaded the upgrade again, and ran the 7.5 upgrade. I
got the same error message again.
I then went to my asus windows7 starter netbook, downloaded the 7.5
upgrade, and after pressing the yes button on updating braille settings,
a minute or so later, the installation is aborted with window eyes
saying it can not install over the current installation.
I checked the file size on the netbook, and it's 42mb.
I have not bothered downloading WE 7.5 upgrade, and trying to upgrade my
XP laptop.
I was under the empression I could upgrade from the 7.5 beta to the 7.5
release. Am I wrong?
Do I have to uninstall the beta, reinstall WE 7.2, then run the 7.5 upgrade?
Thanks.
Robbie
