I have just posted a new App to App Central. Outlook Save All Attachments
Press Windows-A to save all of your email attachments to a folder. The app creates a folder called Attachments in your My Documents folder. This only works with Outlook, and has only been tested with Outlook 2007. Some of you who are using other versions of Outlook, Please let me know if it works with your version.
